Bill Knutson, P.E.

Mr. Knutson has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has been a licensed engineer in Oregon and Washington since 1990. For the past 22 years, Bill has worked as an environmental contractor and consultant. In addition to his extensive site assessment experience, he has also worked on many aspects of remediation, from conception through construction and closure.

Misty Silva

Mrs. Silva has worked in the environmental field for the past 18 years. She has performed several Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments and Transaction Screens, including asbestos inspections. Misty has worked as an Asbestos Inspector, a Hazardous Material Technician, and as an Environmental Specialist. In addition to her experience conducting Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Misty has also performed underground storage tank decommissioning, hazardous material clean-ups, characterization of unknowns, site investigations, and soil and ground-water sampling.

Jean Knutson

Mrs. Knutson graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Business Economics. She has subsequently spent the past 35 years working in business management and administration. Currently, Jean serves as Secretary and Treasurer for K&S. She is key in keeping the company’s records & bookkeeping up-to-date. Through her influence, K&S maintains membership in both the BBB and NFIB.
